This band, Touche Amore is fucking amazing. This demo blew me away. They have a full length coming out on 6131/Collect Records.Be sure to check this band out they are so good! They're from Los Angelas, California. Not only is the music great, the lyrics are beyond good.

Crucifix

Crucifix was a classic American hardcore punk/d-beat band from San Francisco who were active in the early '80s. Though graphically and lyrically they were similar to UK anarcho-punk bands of the time, they played fast, high-octane hardcore a la Reagan Youth, which many peace punk bands that followed would eventually cite as a major influence.
Members Matt Borruso and Chris Douglas were later in New York band Loudspeaker and vocalist Sothira Pheng went on to form Proudflesh. Crucifix fucking slays. Check em out!

Iron Age

Iron Age is a really rad Hardcore band from Austin Texas including members of Far From Breaking. In the vein of Leeway, Cro-Mags and other early 90’s crossover. They released their first demo tape on vocalist Tarpey’s Next Level label and followed with the full-length “Constant Struggle” on Youngblood Records, and the “Butcher’s Bill” 7” on Lockin Out Records, all in 2006. 2008 saw the release of the very garagy sounding “Burden Of Empire” 7”, self released by the band, the “The Way Is Narrow” tape once again on Next Level and the 7” version on Painkiller Records. The new full length “The Sleeping Eye” goes on sale May 11th, and will be put out by the new label Cyclopean Records first as a 2xLP gatefold record.
